Botox Day 2026 And Your Holiday Treatment Timeline

Let’s talk about the holiday calendar for a second.

It’s October. You blinked, and somehow there’s already a work party, a family photo session, two “quick” get-togethers that will absolutely not be quick, and a cousin who insists on matching pajamas this year.

Here’s the thing nobody tells you until it’s too late: the best holiday results aren’t booked the week of the party. They’re planned backward from it. Whether it’s Botox, filler, or a laser facial before the holidays, every treatment has its own timeline, and a little strategy now means you show up refreshed instead of refreshed-ish.

So consider this your official holiday treatment game plan from our team. Starting with the day your toxin has been waiting for all year.

When Is Botox Day 2026?

BOTOX® Cosmetic Day lands on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. It’s Allergan’s once-a-year celebration of the original neurotoxin, and it comes with exclusive savings through the Allē app. We’ll be celebrating right here at Youthful You Aesthetics and Wellness in Peoria.

Buy-one-get-one $50 gift card for Allē members, while supplies last. Set your Alarms for 9:00 a.m. PT/12:00 p.m. EST

Not an Allē member yet? Download the app and sign up before the 18th. It takes about two minutes, which is less time than you’ll spend deciding what to wear to the office party.

Why the timing is actually brilliant
Botox takes about two weeks to reach its full effect. Get treated around Botox Day, and you’re fully settled in right as holiday party season kicks off in December. It’s almost like someone planned it that way.

One honest note. If Thanksgiving dinner is your big photo moment, November 18 cuts it a little close. You’ll see a difference by the 26th, but full results take closer to 14 days. If Thanksgiving is the priority, come in a week or so earlier.

And while you’re here: platysma bands count. Your jawline shouldn’t be carrying the entire team in every family photo.

When to Get Botox, Filler, and Laser Before the Holidays

Think of this like holiday baking. Some things need to go in the oven early. Some things you add at the end. Nobody frosts the cookies before they bake.

Laser Facials and RF Microneedling: Start Now (6 to 10 Weeks Out)

These are your slow-and-steady overachievers. Both work by encouraging your skin to build fresh collagen, and collagen doesn’t rush for anyone. Not even your in-laws.

Most clients see the best glow after a short series of treatments spaced a few weeks apart. That’s why October is the sweet spot. Start now, and your skin has time to do its thing before December.

Expect a few days of pinkness or mild swelling after each session. Plan accordingly, and maybe don’t schedule one the morning of a brunch.

Dermal Filler: Book 3 to 4 Weeks Out

Filler gives you visible results right away, which is exactly why people try to sneak it in last minute. Don’t.

Some swelling and the occasional bruise are normal, and they need about two weeks to settle. Booking three to four weeks ahead gives everything time to soften into that natural, “did you just get back from vacation?” look.

Polished, not puffy. That’s the goal.

Botox: Book 2 to 4 Weeks Out

Toxin needs about two weeks to fully kick in. Booking two to four weeks before your event gives you the full effect, plus time for a touch-up if anything needs a little tweak.

This is where Botox Day earns its spot on the calendar. November 18 is right on time for December events.

Skincare: Yesterday, Ideally

Consistency will always outperform overdoing it. Your medical-grade skincare is the foundation every treatment above builds on.

Add in the Arizona sun (which does not take holidays off) and the dry winter air, and your skin needs daily SPF, hydration, and a routine you actually stick with. We carry SkinMedica, SkinBetter Science, and Eminence, and we’re happy to build a holiday skincare routine around your skin at your next visit.

Family photos on the calendar? Use your photo session date as “the event” and plan from there. The camera notices everything. Your aunt’s phone camera notices even more.

Holiday Treatment FAQs

How long before an event should I get Botox?

Two to four weeks. Botox takes about 14 days to reach its full effect, and the extra time leaves room for a touch-up if you need one.

How long before an event should I get filler?

Three to four weeks. That gives any swelling or bruising time to settle so your results look soft and natural.

Can I get Botox and filler at the same appointment?

Often, yes. Many clients pair them in one visit. Your provider will recommend what makes sense for your face, your goals, and your calendar.
